Small Business Marketing Tips

Marketing is about generating new enquiries and getting your customers to buy off you again and again.

To get a steady flow of enquiries, start by identifying the best marketing strategies for your business and systematically put these in place.  An important part of this is measuring your marketing to see what works and what doesn’t. That way you can invest your marketing dollars in the right area so you have a constant flow of the right type of leads.

Marketing is also about repeat business. It is much easier to deal with a customer a second, third and fourth time, than it is the first time, because they get to know how you work and you get to know how they work. The key is to treat them so well they want to come back and keep reminding them about your business, so they never forget you.

Get both of these right and you’ll always have a consistent flow of customers.
